SHEBOYGAN CHILDREN AND TEEN’S BOOK FEST TO FEATURE LYNN BRUNELLE AND KORWIN BRIGGS

Sheboygan, Wis (April 19, 2018) - Sheboygan County Reads!, the non-profit organization which promotes the love of books and reading among local young people, has revealed two more presenters for the 2018 Sheboygan Children and Teen’s Book Festival. The book festival, set to take place October 12-14, will include Lynn Brunelle and Korwin Briggs.

Lynn Brunelle is an Emmy Award-winning writer, best-selling children's book author, educator, presenter, teacher, artist, and mother. Brunelle has over 25 years experience writing for people of all ages, across all manner of media. She is the author of Big Science for Little People: 52 Activities to Help You & Your Child Discover the Wonders of Science. Her newest book for children is Turn This Book into a Beehive (Workman Publishing.)

Korwin Briggs is a writer and illustrator, as well as a freelance artist. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, he currently lives in New York City. His first children’s book, Gods and Heroes: Mythology Around the World, will be published by Workman Publishing in August. Korwin Briggs also publishes a comic, Veritable Hokum.

Lynn Brunelle and Korwin Briggs will be appearing along with the previously announced Grace Lin, Angela Dominguez and Justin Roberts.
