2018 SHEBOYGAN CHILDREN & TEEN’S BOOK FESTIVAL POSTER ILLUSTRATION REVEALED
Sheboygan (May 15, 2018) - Sheboygan County Reads!, the non-profit organization which promotes the love of books and reading among local youngsters and teenagers, has revealed the poster art for the 2018 Sheboygan Children & Teen’s Book Festival.
The poster illustration, featuring a book-reading Kangaroo family, was created especially for the book festival by author/illustrator Jon Agee, one of this year’s presenters. The theme of the 2018 Sheboygan Children & Teen’s book festival is Here’s An Idea!. The theme focuses on creativity, imagination, and inspiration - including inspiring spaces and things. Festival organizers believe Agee has perfectly captured the essence of the theme with his poster illustration.
Jon Agee is the author/illustrator of many books for children, including It’s Only Stanley, Life on Mars, Milo's Hat Trick, and The Incredible Painting of Felix Clousseau, along with a series of popular wordplay books, among them, Go Hang a Salami! I'm a Lasagna Hog!
Agee lives in San Francisco with his wife, Audrey.
